Question : I have a binge eating disorder that has only gotten worse as I have gone through menopause and things have been really stressful. Are you able to prescribe vyvance? and can it be taken with zoloft? I would like to obtain a legal prescription for it but don't have the money to go back to the doctor again. We have already talked about this medication being the next step.

Vyvanse can not be prescribed by any doctor who has not personally examined the patient and satisfied that it is absolutely necessary. Since there is no scope for the physical examination it can not be prescribed by me or any online doctor.

However, since going back to your doctor again isn't an option, you can refer to your nearest ER for a check-up and further discussions regarding obtaining it, they may assist you...

In regard to your next question, yes it can be taken along with Zoloft as there is no significant interaction between these two medications.
