I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) Black liquid coming out of breast could be due to infection of the mammary glands in breast.

2) This could also be due to cancerous changes in breast though a small possibility.

3) I suggest you see your doctor immediately in person for examination of breast and rule out cancer.
