I read your query and here is my advice.

There are several conditions that cause the feeling of gas trapped in the chest and back.
It can be food sensitivity or intolerance, inflammatory bowel conditions like irritable bowel disease and crohn.
Also gallbladder inflammation or stones can be possible.
You can do a total blood count and an ultrasound also you should do a stool test and culture, also a lactose intolerance test.
