Question : I have a breast milk question.
when pumping and storing ( freezing) milk to give to a premature baby at a later date, which type of milk do you give the baby first when they start taking oral feeds? the oldest first or the freshly pumped of the day.? byw.. this was a 24 wk premie to start.

I will prefer the freshly pumped milk for the baby as it has all the right nutrients required at the age. The frozen milk can be kept aside for days when freshly pumped milk is not enough.
