Brief Answer:
Bacterial infection or friction related, topical antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and there are few possibilities: either a bacterial infection or due to friction.
I would recommend you to apply topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment on the affected area twice daily and take anti inflammatory medicines like tablet ibuprofen once daily for 7-8 days.
This should resolve your problem.

Dr Asmeet

I'm sorry I should have told you about the other ones, I have a white bump on my balls. I've been using neosporin. It's not really working, part of it is friction. I have coconut oil but I don't always use it when I XXXXXXX off. And I already take Ibuprofen.

Brief Answer:
Looks like a wart or milia, get it removed

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photographs though they are not very clear.
It seems to be either a wart or a milia which is an epidermoid cyst.
I would recommend you to consult a doctor and get it removed.
It is a minor office procedure requiring 10-15 minutes.

I'm sorry, my camera isn't very good. Which one are you talking about? There was one on my balls, one at the base of dick red mark close to head.
Do you have anything I can try to cum?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Asmeet Kaur Sawhney (8 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Milia on scrotum, wart on penis

Detailed Answer:
The one on the scrotum is looking like a milia which is an epidermoid cyst.
The one on the penis is looking like a wart which is a viral infection.
Both need to be removed although both are benign in nature.

Thank you Dr. I'm glad it isn't anything serious. Sorry the pictures sucked. I still have almost 3 days with you still, so if you don't mind I'd like to ask you some more questions? Maybe you don't want to answer that one I've been asking, I have a couple more: first, if i wanted to stretch my dick out to make it bigger would that be possible, and how would I do it? Second, the bottom of my feet, toes and pad below toes feels like it swells up, it doesn't but it feels like it does. It feels like my toes are being smashed into each other again they're not it just feels like they are. no swelling or anything is nothing out of the ordinary

One other thing, I've been reading up on why I can't cum, it's some kind of blockage. I know I need to do something about it because it's causing blue balls and it hurts.

Brief Answer:
Welcome

Detailed Answer:
It is not possible to make your penis bigger without surgery.
You need to go to a plastic surgeon for the same.
The swelling under the toes and feet is usually seen in individuals involved in prolonged standing, sitting or doing any strenuous physical activity.
You can improve it by avoiding prolonged sitting and standing.
You need to consult a urologist for the blockage thing.

How do they make the penis bigger, just ad skin?
I work new construction plumbing so yes I'm on my feet all day, lifting and carrying heavy stuff.
And I don't really know if it's blockage, I mean I do cum but only every 2 or 3 days. That's days of jacking off, because I'm addicted. But after jacking off for 2 or 3 days without cumming my balls hurt from blue balls.
