Question : I have a bump that I noticed on my labia minora on the inside and it looks red and irritated. It doesn%E2%80%99t hurt unless its touched and I only noticed it because it has bled a small amount after I wiped. I used veet hair removal cream down there about a week ago and during the rinsing process some of the cream did get inside. It doesn%E2%80%99t look like any of the STD pictures I%E2%80%99ve seen. I%E2%80%99m also 7 weeks pregnant. I need an expert opinion though. I will attach pictures. I%E2%80%99ve been using warm compresses. It isnt bleeding anymore but it is red.

                                    Brief Answer:
Bartholin Cyst possibly
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for trusting us with your health-related questions.
I understand your concern. From the picture, except for a Bartholin cyst, I see nothing of concern. The location, the size and the clinical picture are all consistent with a cyst, which is formed as a result of a blocked outflow of a gland. It does not look like an STD.
Conservative measures such as warm baths and warm compresses to open the blocked duct of the gland are all you can do until the inflammation subsides. If it gets infected it will need surgical drainage and antibiotics.
I hope this answers your question. You are welcome to ask any further questions you might have.
Take care.
