Question : I have a burning feeling from my lower sternum, what could this be?

Hi,

Burning sensation under the lower sternum is typical of acute gastritis unless the sensation you perceive is over the skin. I would suggest to try antacid / prilosec OTC and see if you feel better. Gastritis will respond to antacid / prilosec medications.
