Question : I have a clear fluid coming out of a couple XXXXXXX glands when I press on them on my left breast, it is a really small amount. I am on my period I am not taking any meds, I am not breastfeeding and I am not pregnant

A small amount of clear fluid from the Montogomery glands is normal and it is seen after you try to stimulate the breasts. This can happen due to hormonal changes during the periods also. In case the breast is painful or has any palpable lump or the fluid is blood stained then it needs an immediate medical attention. Otherwise it is a normal finding and there is nothing to worry.
