Brief Answer:
Details as discussed below:

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. The white spots in the images are either inflamed normal islands of lymphoid (tonsil like) tissue or minor salivary gland cysts.

2. If there are no symptoms, these can be ignored and observed. If they do not subside, use OTC (Over The Counter) anti-allergy medication and a medicated oral rinse / gargle.

3. If these spots increase in size, PCR throat swabs including for HPV/ HSV viruses can be done. Rarely is surgical ablation or biopsy required.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
