Kindly upload images
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.
I would keep a possibility of yeast infection in which there is whitish deposition on glans and undersurface of the prepuce or it could be either vitiligo or Lichen Simplex atrophicus where the skin itself turns white.
I'd request you to kindly upload clear images in "Reports Section" so that I am able to have a look and guide you better.
Hope to assist you further once I get the images.

Regarding genital lesions
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I would prefer more clear images, if you can. However from the images you have sent it seems like this could be lichen simplex et atrophicus (LSeA). I can see an eroded area as well which is red. Is there any difficulty in retracting the prepuce? I mean does it feel tight? I request you to also upload images of the white patch on prepuce.
Take care.

Regarding genital complaints
Detailed Answer:
thank you.
I advice you to try a topical steroid and antibiotic combination e.g fluticasone propionate 0.05% and mupirocin 2% ointment or such. Use it twice daily for a few days and then let me know how it goes.
Take care.
