Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query.
According to your complaints it could be either a furuncle which is a bacterial infection of the skin or an inflammed epidermoid cyst.
I would recommend you to upload the pictures of the affected area so that I can have a clearer picture of the condition and can guide you accordingly.

                                    Brief Answer:
Inflammed sebaceous cyst, oral antibiotics & anti inflammatory medicine
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be an inflammed sebaceous cyst.
You need to take a course of oral antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicines.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take tablet cephalexin 500 mg twice daily for 5-7 days along with tablet ibuprofen.
Oral antibiotics are prescription drugs and need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Once the inflammation settles you need to consult a doctor and get it excised.
I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to answer any further queries.
