Question: I have a friction burn on the tip of my penis from having sex that will not heal. I had stopped from having sex with my girlfriend for entire month and it still is not healing. Each time we have sex it hurts again and I have a small cut that opens up. I have tried Man1 oil and lotion and nothing is helping. What else can I do?

You seem to have a condition called Balanoposthitis. The skin over the head of the penis is wrinkled, cracked and sometimes bleed unable to perform intercourse. It happens for various reasons including lack of lubrication, skin disease, poor vaginal health of women.
In your case it was not healingfor a month, it could be due to local skin issues or poor vaginal health of both.
It needs an examination. It has a full therapy and it heals well with good medicine like antibiotic cream and some times topical steroid. If either of you carry any other disease that can be contracted, it has to be treated accordingly. There is no over the counter medication that can heal at this stage.
