Hello Ma’am

After going to the medical details do I did buy you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that taking into consideration your age group and the symptoms which are currently experiencing all scenario could be because of cardiac abnormality.

So it’s highly advisable that you should personally consult your doctor and get yourself a basic cardiac evaluation which includes getting an ECG, Echocardiography or a stress test done to rule out any underlying cardiac pathology.

If that comes out to be normal then your symptoms are most likely the result of simple gastritis which can easily be take care with the help of some PPI’s and some precautions.
