Question : I have a had a bump behind my ear on the back of my head for what seems like a few months. It will not go away. Feels stiff and almost bone like. What is this?

Hi
As per your description,it could be Post auricular Dermoid cyst.
Cystic swelling in that area will be firm to hard in consistency.
Clinical examination, CT scan of the area,FNAC(Fine needle aspiration cytology) will give a clue.
If Dermoid cyst is confirmed,it can be removed surgically.
Please consult a Surgeon and proceed further.
