Question : I have a headache on my left side for 8 days. Also have a pain in upper chest above breast. I’m 52. Female not menopausal yet.

One common cause of such symptoms is increased blood pressure ( hypertension ).

So, first thing to do is to monitor your blood pressure for a couple of days, 3-4 times a day.

If blood pressure will result stable, premenopause may be another possible condition.

If you had fever these days, a viral infection also may be the culprit.
