Question : I have a headache that is just tender to the touch on the top left of my head. Every now and then maybe 10-15 minutes it throbs once. A very mild sore throat and what feels like an earache when I swallow I can feel it in my ear

A headache which is tender to touch may be related to any infection.
Check your skin on that part of head, behind ear for any infected hair, folliculitis, pimples etc.
Also you can send me a photo of the throat to check if it is inflammation there.
Also any infected teeth can cause it.
Please give me more details about other symptoms you may have such fever, redness, skin conditions ets.
