Hello,
I can understand your concern, there are many reasons for a headache .

Reasons may vary from simple headache due to stress and strain , migrane, due to acidity, eye or ear problems, sinus problem or may be some major cause also like a mass in brain etc.

can you please let me know whether you have any other problems along with headache like cold and cough, vomiting, fever, blurred vision, pain in neck, ear or eye etc. Kindly follow up with a detailed history.

Till then for relief you can take Tab. Paracetamol 500 mg thrice a day after consulting with a physician. Can also apply diclofenac gel locally, avoid contact with eyes.
