Liver cyst may cause abdominal pain.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
Probably the hepatic cyst may cause upper right quadrant pain but this cyst and other cysts you are having can't effect wait loss.
I think the weight loss may be caused by thyroid problems possible hyperthyroidism.
You may need to do thyroid hormone levels also an ultrasound of thyroid.
Also biochemical blood balance is needed in order to evaluate the functions of kidneys and liver and other organs.
Hope I have answered the question.
