I Have A High Heart Rate While I’m Just Trying

Question: I have a high heart rate while I’m just trying to go back to sleep. I feel sorta nauseous and have diarrhea. I want to throw up but nothing seems to come out and I took daramine to sorta see if that helps it. I want to say I feel a pressure in my chest but I could just be over thinking that

I actually do feel the chest pressure or pain but not all the time it comes and goes
