Question : I have a hymen tag and a hair has wrapped around it and cut off circulation to the end of it. The end bit in now a greyish colour. Will it just fall off or do I need medical assistance

It has to be removed under direct visualisation, otherwise it might cause infection.
Consult a gynaecologist and get it removed. Better to remove the hymen tag also under local anaesthesia.
