Question : I have a lot of sinus pressure and drainage and I have drainage in my ears having me off balance like I am on a ship.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a sinus infection.

The sinus infection can cause blockage and swelling of the eustachian tubes and middle ear.

This can cause sinus and ear congestion.

I suggest using a decongestant such as Sudafed.

I also suggest drinking fluids, such as water or juice. This will help dilute mucous secretions and promote drainage.

You can apply warm compresses to the face and use saline nasal sprays.

If the symptoms continue antibiotics may be needed.

In this case, I recommend using antibiotic Augmentin 625mg twice a day after discussing with your doctor.
