Question : I have a lump in between my breast bone that feels like a muscle. When I sit up is when it is most noticeable and is the size of an orange. It does not hurt and their is no pain. It has gotten bigger this past few months. Is this something to be worried about. I am a male.

It is shaped like a TP, if that makes sense.

probably lipoma
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to 'Ask A doctor' service.
This indicates benign subcutaneous lesion such as lipoma, atheroma or myoma. These are mostly benign tumors which may slowly grow and in some cases cause pain and discomfort.
Rarely, it may be a more serious issue and if there are some concerns, I suggest to do an ultrasound and fine needle puncture study. It can always be removed under local anesthesia if necessary and you should consult a plastic surgeon for it.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Wish you good health.
