Question : I have a lump in my left breast about the size of a quarter. I alo have a small one in my right breast. I have a very small lump in the V of my ribs and both sides of my groin lynph nodes.

As you are having lump in breast and lymph nodes enlargement ,in my opinion you should go for mammography and if needed lump biopsy and tissue send for histopathology.
