                                    Brief Answer:
Mouth ulcer (Canker sore)
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting us with your health question
I have gone through your query and the attached pictures.
The lesion in your mouth looks like a mouth ulcer also called a canker sore.
It is nothing to be worried about and will subside by itself in a few days.
Meanwhile, rinse mouth thoroughly with salt water once or twice daily.
Avoid spicy and acidic foods that could irritate the ulcer.
If pain is bothersome, you can apply over the counter available topical analgesic like Oragel.
Hope this answers your question

                                    Brief Answer:
Can take upto 3-4 weeks
Detailed Answer:
Hu again.
Canker sores can health in about 7 days. But sometimes it can take up to 3-4 weeks. Especially if the area gets repeatedly irritated.
There is nothing to worry about at this point. If the sore does not heal in another 2 weeks, follow up with a dentist to evaluate further.
