It could be Sebaceous cyst

As per your description,it could be Sebaceous cyst.
Tiny hole over the swelling is Punctum which is characteristic of Sebaceous cyst.
There are no Medicines for this.
It can be removed under Local Anaesthesia.
Please consult a Plastic Surgeon/General Surgeon and proceed further.
