Question: i have a lump in right breast wondering if it is cause for concern

I am 26 years old. I just noticed this while in the shower. i have a lump that feels movable and sometimes squishy or firm. located in the upper right quadrant of right breast. i can feel it more when i lift my arm up. it is a little tender and i am currently approaching my menstrual cycle. i am very worried about this.

At 26 years of age,lump in the Breast could most probably be a Benign condition, Fibroadenoma.
FNAC (Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology) will give a clue regarding the nature of the swelling.If it is inconclusive,the swelling should be completely removed and send it for Histopathological examination (Biopsy)

well is this of concern? i am very nervous about this. my mom said this happend to her when she was my age all the time and ultrasound revealed cysts.
