Question : i have a lump under my skin at my groin. you cant feel it above the skin, but when you squeeze it you can tell theres a lump. its painless, duration 3 weeks.
Brief Answer:
It could be Sebaceous cyst
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I saw the picture.
It could be a Sebaceous cyst.It arises in relation to hair follicle.
As it is small,I prefer to remove the entire swelling under local Anaesthesia and send it for Histopathological examination (Biopsy).Exact diagnosis can be known. It can be done as Day case procedure.
Nothing to worry.
Please consult a Surgeon and proceed further.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health and speedy recovery
Regards
