Question : I have a medium size lump in my upper right chest under my sternum. It moves on occasion and sometimes disappears after strenuous activities. I had a general surgeon check for a hernia and was cleared but was only Checked in my scrotum not my upper chest cavity. I have been throwing up and in pain for the last two days. Extremely gassy and backed up.
