Question : I have a pain behind my right breast. I don't think it's my breast because I can move it in different ways but nothing helps. The pain is when I try to take a breath. So what is happening is shallow breathing, stiff neck to either direction. When evening comes I can't tell if my body is tired or maybe sitting to long but the pain turns to an unbearable ache.

Hi,

From the given details, you have right sided chest pain from the last 2-3 days. The pain worsen with movement of neck as well as breathing. You did not mention any history of injuries, cough, fever and other associated complaints.

This type of pain can either be due to chostochondritis or infection / inflammation involving respiratory system. A physical examination is essential (basis necessity) to confirm the possibility. If necessary a chest x-ray / scan may be necessary.

At this point of time, I will start over the counter antiinflammatory drugs like advil twice a day instead of tylenol. Avoid strenuous exercises. Consider visiting your primary care physician for further evaluation.
