Question : I have a pain in left side of head, Passing from up to down & down up, Starting from below ear to top of head.

sometimes i feel dizzy. Please advise.

yes, But very mild.
no, I don't have any chronic illness.
no, I can see all clear, but sometimes i feel dizziness due to weakness.

Hi thanks for the follow up
Check your hemoglobin levels, which of reduced causes dizziness,
If the dizziness is related to sudden movement of the head then it could be due to vertigo, for which you'll need to visit ENT specialist once,
If very mild then do not use any medicine if the head ache is altering your daily routine then you can take Tab. Hifenac p 1 tablet 2 times a day when required
