Hi,

The problem that you described seems to be short but we need to analyze the problem well to ascertain the cause. Check the pulse rate, blood pressure now. Do you have breathlessness? If you have previous history of heart disease or diabetes or high Blood pressure, I suggest you to dial 911 or go to ER.
If you do not have concerning symptoms like I asked you, I suggest you to get double dose MOTRIN or ADVIL or IBUPROFEN up to 400mg single dose for tonight.
Reach the doctor the first thing in the morning.
