Question : i have a painful red flat acne in my bikini line. I'm 30 weeks pregnant, do suggest medication.

Hi ,
I have read your query and understood your concern.I would recommend clindac gel for local application over the pimple for 5 days twoce daily.You could use a salicylic acid based body wash to avoid such episodes.Both above medicines are safe during pregnancy.Drink around 3 to 4 liters of water per day, wear loose clothes and cotton panties,have bath twice daily Avoid using razor over bikini area.
