Question : i have a problem with dry cracking skin in the middle of the bottom of my feet. i have tried all sorts of foit cream like Urea cream but nothing seems to work

I see the photos you attached and the skin of foot by looks like eczema on foot or dermatitis.
He may need to use corticosteroid cream such hydrocortisone cream .
Use antihistamines such benadryl or cetirizine to help with itching.

I think you can use the cream twice daily covering all the damaged surface ,especially before bed till it disappears.
It will show its effects in few days ( 5-6 ).
