Question : I have a question about Hepatic lab readings. All liver lab readings are WNL although my Globulin went from 2.4 down to 2.0. Can this be based on fasting versus non fasting, and time of day the lab were drawn. Or is this more likely a sign of something being wrong.

Brief Answer:
Your reports are ok.

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
Ideally a fasting of 10 hours should be there for a proper test result but in your case the test is normal...See in medical science we treat symptoms and not numbers..There are millions of parameters in our body and body could not maintain everything in ideal limit...A mild elevation or decrease when all other things are fine and patient has no symptoms means nothing(no clinical significance).
Crux-Your report is perfectly fine.
Mild elevation of any protein has nothing to do with fasting/Non fasting or Exercise.
