red blood is almost always caused by hemroids or fissure?

Hi
Bright red blood in stool can be due to Haemorrhoids,Anal fissure,Rectal polyp etc.
Main differentiating feature is Fissure is painful, where as Haemorrhoids are painless.
Patient should be Examined clinically by a Surgeon and confirm the diagnosis.
