Question : Hi, I have a question concerning my penis. I just recently found a pimple looking figure on the shaft of my penis about half an hour ago, and I was very concerned, the last time I had sex was about a month ago and I’ve only had a sex partner, and I know my sex partner is clean. I did recently shave my pubes 2 in the last 4 days. What does the pimple looking figure mean? Are there any treatments? And is it still safe to have sex?

Most probably it can be a penile wart. Other possible causes like molluscum or penile pimples (pimples can also seen on the penis!) also be ruled out.

Now if it is a penile wart, is there any harm? How are penile warts formed? Will it come off by itself? If not what’s the treatment? And also today’s is the anniversary of my girlfriend and I, however we were planning on having sex today, is it still safe to have sex? Is it contagious, will it transmit to her if we have sex?
