Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
I need to ask you few questions:
Is it associated with itching, pain and burning?
Is it present only on one side?
Have you used or applied anything on this area prior to the rash?
Kindly revert with the answers.

No pain or burning, just itching if I don’t keep lotion on it. Nothing else hurts or itches

                                    Brief Answer:
Eczematous rash, topical steroid & antihistaminic
Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to be an eczematous rash.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily along with antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching for 10-12 days.
This should improve your condition.
