Question : I have a rash below my stomach but not on my vaginal area on the right side. Wont spread bit

No pain or burning, just itching if I don’t keep lotion on it. Nothing else hurts or itches

According to your complaints it seems to be an eczematous rash.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily along with antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching for 10-12 days.
This should improve your condition.
