Question : I have a rash, irritation, and a white cottage cheese like discharge on the crease between my scrotum and inner thigh.It has a terrible odor. Is that a yeast infection or candida?

Candida is a yeast and is a common cause of intertrigo which is inflammation of body folds like groins, sub mammary and axillary. I suggest you to use an antifungal dusting powder e.g clotrimazole dusting powder, 2-3 times a day. It would keep the folds dry and is also antifungal.
