Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be either a superficial fungal infection or intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds.
Along with it pustules are representing folliculitis.
I would recommend you to apply topical antifungal like miconazole cream on the affected areas twice daily and topical antibiotic like mupirocin or Neosporin ointment on the pustules twice daily for a few days.
Also, you may take antihistaminic like tablet Levocetirizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
Keep the area dry and clean, avoid tight filled clothes, stay in a cool airy environment.
Hope to have answered your query and would be happy to answer any further queries.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
