Question : I have a rash that’s spreading over my body

                                    Brief Answer:
Dermatophytosis or ringworm seen.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the photos you attached and the rash looks like dermatophytosis ( ringworm) or fungal infection of the skin.
The rash is typically red circular and scalcy with white flakes on top.
I think you should take antifungals orally since it has been spreading all over your body.
It is more common in people suffering from diabetes .
You should wash your skin with gentle soap, dry it well and ware cotton underwear.
Hope I have answered the question .
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
It doesn't matter that it has white flakes if you scratch it. It is itchy and makes you to scratch it.
It looks clear like ringworm.
