Question : I have a red itchy place on my leg. I started really itching but has settled down some now. What might this be. I will send a

Seems like you have Xerosis i.e extremely dry skin. Dry skin is usually itchy. You seem to have scratched aggressively causing the skin to break. I suggest you to use an intensive moisturizer, 2-3 times a day. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief from itching.
