Question : I have a red rash around my mouth that I cannot seem to get rid off. It burns and itches. The medicine I have tried starts to clear it up but then it comes back. Ketoconazole 2% & Zithromax 250MG each for 10 days

You seem to have perioral dermatitis.
I suggest you to take Oral Doxycycline 100mg, once or twice a day for at least 3-4 months. In addition I suggest you to use topical clindamycin 1% gel, twice daily.
