Question : i have a red rash cirle shaped on my palm of hands , wrist arms legs and thighs i have sent a picture it is very itchy and my ryes sre very dry and lips

Hello dear,
I see the photo you attached and I think this can be related to an allergic reaction , urticaria.
Possibly you ate anything which may have caused it.
I think you should go to the nearest health center or call 911 and they can give you a corticosteroid injection. Use also antihistamines such ceterizine.
