What you describe can be a multitude of things, e.g. constipation, diverticular disease, kidney stones, ovarian cyst, urinary tract infection, etc.

If you do not have a fever, I suggest you start with a urinalysis at your doctor's and blood tests for infection and a hemoglobin.
