Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.
* As per my surgical experience, the sharp shooting pain in testicle with
stomach ache may be possibility due to
inflammation of testis or referred pain from calculus in the urinary system.
However, further information pertaining to the query will help to differentiate among them, kindly provide following details please.
1. History of trauma, undue pressure to testicle or rigorous sports activity ?
2. Associated nausea, vomiting if any ?
3. Burning urination if any ?
4. Is there pain or discomfort at middle back region or kidney area ?
5. Is there any noticeable swelling over testicle, does skin feels warmer ?
Till the time you revert with relevant details, an intake of ibuprofen with paracetamol after meals ( if no history of drug sensitivity ), will help relieve the pain to some extent.
Awaiting for your response.
Regards.
