Question : i have a skin disease last 1 month, symptoms include itching, skin rashes

As im asking this for my sister, she is living in united kingdom so can younsuggest me uk brand medication so is will be more easier for her to get it from there

I carefully read your query and I see the picture you attached.
It seems like she is having a yeast skin infection or dermatophytosis, ringworm.
I think she may need to use antifungal ointment over it such clotrimazole ointment lotrimin.
Ketoconazole or terbinafine ointments can be used which are found in UK without prescription.
