Question : I have a skin infection.all over my body
I've been prescribed clobetasol which helps a little but I need something to help heal from within
Been dealing with this for several months. Can you help me.

I suggest you to take an oral antibiotic e.g either amoxicilin or cephalexin for a week or 10 days. It is a prescription drug.

Hi.
The skin condition definitely warrants an oral antibiotic with/ without antiseptic soaks like potassium Permanegnate (KMNO4) soaks to take care of oozing. If an antibiotic didn't work previously, probably you need a stronger antibiotic this time.
