                                            Question : I have a sleep HR of 45 thruout. and while TV viewing it is 55 for a long time. Is this normal?

Well, if there are no other issues like dizziness, weakness, black-outs, etc. then there's no need to worry about it...
However, it's also recommended that you should at least get a 12 lead ECG along with CBC, serum electrolytes assay, and Thyroid function test done along with a thorough clinical check-up by an Internal Medicine Specialist for a detailed assessment of your health (not an emergency but do get it done as a part of basic assessment)...
