Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I would like to know more about your chest pain.
Is it triggered by deep breathing, body movements or pressure on the chest? This would be indicative of a musculo-skeletal pain.
Is the pain related to hunger or eating? This could be indicative of a stomach issue (possible gastritis or acid reflux).
Is the pain triggered by straining physical activity and is it associated to other symptoms like: shortness of breath, palpitations, dizziness? This could indicate a possible cardiac issue.
If the chest pain persists, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam, a resting ECG, inflammation tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR).
Hope you will find this information helpful!

Thank you. So the first time it happened or I felt it was right after I took some workout pills with caffeine in them. I think I started to freak myself out a bit and ever since then it’s been off and on. If I keep my mind busy then I tend not to feel it as much but other than that it’s pretty constant.
I also have stomach discomfort and
The feeling of being full even after barely eating. The chest pain goes from left side to the middle

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!
Thank you for the additional information!
It seems that your clinical symptomatology is related to a digestive disorder.
It is likely that those pills with caffeine may have exacerbated the symptoms, pain and also anxiety.
It is a strong stimulant that may lead to palpitations, altered blood pressure values, arrhythmia, stomach and abdominal discomfort.
Digestive disorders like gastritis, gastroesophageal reflux, or hiatal hernia should be sought and ruled out.
Gastric anti-secretory medication could be tried (like Pantoprazole, Omeprazole, etc.) to help relieving your symptoms.
I recommend to avoid those stimulants in the future, as they may lead to several adverse effects.
Wishing you good health!

Dr. Iliri
