Hi,

I hope you are not running fever or have any other symptoms like body pain, weakness.

If there is no fever, headache, body pain and weakness it is unlikely to be from a virus. I would suggest you drink lots of fluids and try XXXXXXX salt water gargling. You may also want to start antihistamine tablet like tab cetrizine 10mg once at night for 2-3 days. It should feel better.
